How to use:

3. Enter date, item, cost
4. Click + Add Row for next expense
5. Click Generate PDF — save or print

Use it weekly. At month end, you have one PDF per month — perfect for accountant or for your own records.

Example:
Jan 5 — Layer feed 50kg — $42 — Co-op
Jan 7 — Deworming — $18 — 12 hens
Jan 12 — Diesel — $65 — Tractor

Total: $125 — all in one PDF.
